Mini units in our facility come in all shapes and sizes and rent for $65 per month on average. Generally they are half the height of a full size unit (ie. 4 x 4 x 4).

A 5’ x 5’ storage unit in our facility rents for $102.40 per month all-in.

A 5’ x 8’ storage unit in our facility rents for $142.50 per month all-in.

A 5’ x 15’ unit on the main floor (loading dock level) rents for $195 per month all-in.

Our entire building is indoors and uses central heating and cooling. This maintains a comfortable temperature year-round (between 15•C to25•C), so that your belongings are at no risk of damage from freezing or over-heating.

Due to access reasons in this historic building, we cannot store boats or vehicles at this facility.

The first date that you move in to our storage facility becomes your “anniversary date”. Payments for subsequent months become due on your unique anniversary date.

You are welcome to rent your storage unit for as long as you need. The only requirement we have is a minimum of 1-month rental for short-term rentals. We have the ability to charge you for the amount of days you stay afterwards, so you only pay for the time you use if your last month is a partial month!

Our goal is to make your rental experience as easy and fair as possible, so no, we do not charge any cancellation or additional administrative fees on your monthly rental price. You are free to leave when you like and only pay for the time you use!

Unlike other facilities, our storage facility is human-monitored at all times. Call us old-fashioned, but we believe in face-to-face interactions with our customers. This means only you, or anyone you add to your lease in-person can have access to your unit. For your security, anyone accessing the building during must show ID to a staff member, and after-hours access is by appointment only.
